As an FAA rated Airline Transport Pilot and an attorney, Jason brings a combination of skills that are hard to find in the legal profession.

Jason brings his passion for flying into his legal practice where he enjoys helping entrepreneurs turn their ideas into start-up companies. Jason applies the same precision needed to safely fly passengers across the country to drafting contracts and all other documents or agreements a business may need.

His legal experience is varied, but he mostly enjoys helping with  business and corporate transaction needs, working with start-ups and emerging companies, aviation matters, and legal issues arising out of the maritime world.

Jason’s motivation for public interest comes from his passion for helping others to achieve their ambitions.
